Hi! My name is Dahlia – but my foster family calls me Dolly. I am the smallest, sweetest black Cavalier you’ll ever meet! I love to sit in your lap and give kisses. Sometimes I can’t stop giving kisses because I am so excited to be around people. • I am a great eater – but do like a little gravy (i.e. wet food) mixed with my kibble. • I am potty trained; just remind me that I should go outside and I know what to do! • I love being in my foster family’s backyard. They have a fence so I can explore on my own! • I am crate trained – and sleep each night in my crate (unless my foster dad falls asleep with me in his chair – and then I sleep in his lap all night). • I love car rides! I’m a little small to see out the windows, so I usually take a nap when we’re traveling. • I love other dogs! My foster family has three other Cavalier King Charles Spaniels – and they are all my best friends. I snuggle with them whenever there’s not a person around me. • I am great with teenagers! I haven’t had a chance to be around younger kids yet, but my foster parents think I’d do great (as long as they like kisses). My foster family thinks I’d be perfect for just about anyone – as long as I’d be with people most of the day. I’m not sure I’d like too much time by myself.
