Hi my name is Fran, I am a sweet, energetic pup! I love chewing on things, yak chews, turkey tendons, toys, harnesses, rugs, shoes, ramps, bunny poop and pretty much anything I can put in my mouth. So I do need to be watched and reminded of what I can chew on. I have a really good sniffer. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was afraid of people. But loved my foster fur siblings, even the cat! I am getting better, but it’s going to take time and patience. My foster mom gets me to come to her with a bit of peanut butter on her finger, but when I see everyone else getting nummies I will join in. Don’t want to miss a blueberry treat. I now eat from a bowl. I really don’t like to be in a crate, I usually try to dig my way out. Potty training is a work in progress. When my foster mom sits on the couch I will jump up on it to get my ear scratches. Or just to sniff her shirt and see if she has any leftovers there. I definitely prefer to live in a house with other dogs or even a cat. They make me feel more comfortable. Do you have the time and patience to work with me and my fears?

Special Needs
