Meet Chris – Your New Shadow and Tug-of-War Champion! Hi there, I’m Chris, a charming little English Toy Spaniel with a big heart and an even bigger wiggle! My foster mom calls me Mr. Wiggles because I’m always so excited to see you that I just can’t sit still! I may be small, but I’ve got a playful spirit and plenty of energy for romping around the yard. I love being outside, and I’m not afraid to get a little muddy or splash in a puddle—just more fun for both of us! My absolute favorite game? Tug! I could play it all day long and never get bored. New people make me a little shy at first, but give me a minute and I’ll be your loyal sidekick. I’m a classic velcro dog who wants to be wherever you are—especially if that means snuggling at your feet or curling up in your lap. I’m still learning some things, like that cars aren’t monsters (or toys to chase), and that shoes and paper aren’t chew toys. Give me a bully stick, though, and I’m happy! I do bark when I see the neighbors and can be a little vocal in the car, but I eventually settle down. It’s all so exciting! I’m mostly potty trained and crate trained, though I’d much prefer snoozing next to you or my doggie roommate. I get along great with my foster brother and would love a friendly dog companion. I’m looking for a patient, loving home that will give me the time, structure, and encouragement I need to be my best self.
