ADOPTION PENDING! 12/23/23 11/16 Willie has scoliosis of the lower neck/upper spine area which was confirmed with multiple radiographs; it is a curvature in the spine which he was most likely born with and this curvature will remain the same for his life. The scoliosis causes a slight head tilt and an unusual gait, but he is not in any pain and does not need any medication. He may develop arthritis in this area in the future, so Willie should be given a joint supplement (Dasequin or Cosequin + Green Lipped Mussel Powder) for his whole life. There is no surgery to correct this curvature so if he does develop arthritis in the future it would be controlled by pain medication. Has Chronic Ear Infections. Tested Positive for Whipworms-is being treated with and will require a follow up fecal. Good news is his recheck Urinalysis came back clear of struvite crystals.
