Sarge is a lovable 5-year-old Cavalier who is as sweet as they come. He absolutely adores attention and will happily curl up in your lap or stay close by your side whenever he can. He enjoys spending time in a fenced yard, where he can wander around and investigate leaves and sticks—his favorite little treasures. Sarge is a good boy who knows basic commands and has an easygoing, affectionate personality. Like many dogs, he can be a bit protective of high-value treats like bones, but with continued guidance and consistency, he’s making progress. Sarge would thrive in a home where someone is around often to give him the love and attention he craves. He would do best in a household with no children or older, respectful kids. Overall, Sarge is ready to find his forever home and will bring so much love and companionship to the lucky person or family who adopts him.
