Wilma would be a great family dog, wherever they live, though city noise and crowds might take some getting used to. She loves kids, though she hasn't been around toddlers, and all adults that she has met. So she can continue to learn to be a pet, not just a momma, but not have to compete excessively for attention, she would do best with one or at most two, other dogs in her new home. A fenced yard would be ideal. I think she will enjoy long walks when she gets more experience. She has done well behavior-wise when left alone with the other dogs but may pee if left for more than a couple of hours. That may not be an issue much longer, but even so, she may backslide in a new home. She would be fine, if not happy, being crated if her humans need to be gone for a while. She had a bladder stone removed when she came into rescue and will need prescription food to avoid recurrence. She had numerous extractions at the same time so will need consistent care of her remaining teeth. She is happy, healthy, and has a lot of love to give!
