**adoption pending** My names Gwen and my foster family says there’s no doubt you’ll fall in love with me. As a former breeding dog, I started off as a very shy girl who was startled at every noise. Little by little I came out of my shell as my foster family helped me understand what it’s like to be loved and cared for. I just learned what toys are and I enjoy the ones that squeak, but my favorite toys are the socks I steal from my foster family, haha. I am shy at first but will warm up to you once I get to know you better. Once I warm up to you I love to snuggle and be loved on. My favorite pets are behind the ears, those are the best! I play nice with my foster fur siblings and I don’t bark much unless I’m startled. My foster mom said I’d do best in a home with another dog and I agree, it would be nice to have a friend to show me the ropes at a new home. I am a little uncertain about men with facial hair. I do still need work getting used to wearing a harness and walking on a leash. I just don't like way it feels. My new family will need to be patient with me as I continue to learn what it’s like to be a normal dog in a family.
