Ned is an almost 2-year-old English Toy Spaniel who came to us as a breeder surrender and has truly blossomed in foster care. As his confidence has grown, so has his personality—he’s playful, curious, and loves his toys (especially anything he can chew). Ned does well with kids, but because he enjoys chewing, he’d be best in a home without small children or tiny toys left within reach. When playtime is over, Ned is all about the cuddles. He’s bouncy and energetic when engaged, then happily settles in for snuggles with his foster family and foster siblings, whom he gets along with wonderfully. Ned would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of attention, affection, and love—he’s ready to be someone’s loyal, sweet companion.
