My name is Charlotte and I'm a 2 year old, 24 lb bundle of cuteness looking for my forever home. I was found as a stray in Chicago and taken to Chicago Animal Care and Control but no one claimed me. I was in need of some TLC and am so grateful that GCCR has helped get me all fixed up. I'm staying with a foster family to get lots of love while I wait for a family of my own. As a king cavalier & cocker spaniel - my foster mom says I have twice the charm to share with spaniel lovers. My foster family describes me as a wiggle butt who is super smart, sweet as can be, and an absolute joy to have around. I'm house & crate trained, sleep through the night, know basic cues like sit & down, love to play fetch and to go on walks, and I'm a master cuddler. I love belly rubs, greeting every human I meet, and prancing around with my toys. Puzzle feeders and bones/chews may be my second favorite things in the world right behind my humans. I'm friendly with dogs that I meet but would prefer to be the only pup in a home. I live with a feline friend now and could go to a home with cats.
