How can you resist those sweet, gentle eyes? Claire loves to be around other Cavaliers. When coming home to her foster family, she was so happy to see the other Cavaliers in the home. She seems to like her foster dad a lot. Her tail wags whenever she sees him or hears his voice. Claire still has her mothering instinct. She enjoys carrying the soft toys within the home like they are her babies. She will gently carry them inside her crate and care for them. She is a little timid, but her foster family believes she will come around nicely. Claire is so darn sweet. The family who adopts this sweetheart will truly be the lucky ones. Be sure to check in on updates as we get more information from Claire’s foster family. UPDATE 3/12/15: Claire’s foster mom says Claire is coming out of her shell nicely. She is exploring more and more each day inside and outside the home. She enjoys going for walks on a long leash, the shorter leashes still make her a bit nervous. She is even becoming more comfortable allowing her foster mom connect the leash to her. It can be a bit of a cat and mouse game at times. Claire’s favorite thing to do is sit on the back of the couch with her foster sister and look out the window. Claire has also found her bark, and will chime in with the other Cavaliers in the home.
