My name is Althea. My foster daddy calls me Thea and my foster mom says I am a warm home-baked brownie that makes the home cozy and welcoming. I am around five years old, and know my name, how to "SIT," come "HERE" and get "OFF". I am working on "WAIT" and "STAY” and I am housebroken and will wiggle my butt by the door and give a little whine if I need to go out. Love my pack and would prefer a home where I’m not alone all day. I am crate trained but would be happy to sit with you on the couch or on a soft doggy bed (maybe even sleep in your bed if that’s ok). Once I get used to my forever home, I will be trustworthy and should be OK in the house without a crate. I like other furry siblings but am not great with rambunctious puppies. Prefer to sit next to my people and furry siblings and get my belly rubbed rather than wrestle. I would prefer a home with a fenced in yard but if not, you will need to walk me on leash four times a day. I cannot be trusted off leash, as I like to chase squirrels and chipmunks (which my foster dad likes me to chase away). I am very eager to learn and please. Won't you please adopt me?
