ADOPTION PENDING Pumpkin has just joined her foster family, so we still have a lot to learn about her. However, her foster mom has this to say thus far. “I hit the Cavalier lottery with my new foster, Pumpkin!” Pumpkin came from a commercial breeder. Shortly after rescue she was very shy and was afraid to walk, or even move for that matter, but when she entered her foster mom’s car it was like she knew she was free. She is outgoing and borderline pushy for attention. She loves playing with the resident cavaliers in the home. Going to a home with a canine sibling would be ideal. She is a sweet ball of energy who will be thrilled to have a home to call her own. UPDATE 10/29/15: Pumpkin’s foster mom confirms that she is the “sweetest dog.” She is a devoted little girl who follows her foster mom everywhere. She meets and greets people with tons of tail wags. Pumpkin is working on her obedience. She is doing well with her recall outside, but needs some work inside. She is crate and housetrained. She is still learning how to go up and down stairs. Pumpkin is a very affectionate sweet little girl who loves the attention from her humans and enjoys playtime with other dogs.
