ADOPTION PENDING Shirley is slowly learning what it is to be a treasured pet. She is sweet and friendly but still won't walk on a leash or go down stairs. She has learned to go up stairs! That's how you get back in the house! She has come a long way, at first it was thought that she was deaf, slowly she came to recognize speech and now responds to her name. She has claimed her bed as her safe spot and runs to it once she gets back in the house. She does crave attention and gets along well with other pets.
