**Update - ADOPTION PENDING ** Morty Francis is a wee pup who was born with special needs, yet he is not aware of them! He was born with no eyes, Anopthalmia; grade 3/6 high pitch murmur and bilateral luxating patellas. The heart murmur will be monitored in hopes it goes away, if not, he will receive further evaluation at a board certified cardiologist. At this time the bilateral luxation of patellas (knee caps) have not hindered him at all. will he need surgery sometime in his future, that is uncertain. Right now Morty living the best life, playing and running and even swimming in the pool. He loves to be with the other dogs, cats, kids, everyone! Although not ready to be adopted just yet, information will be available when he is ready.
