** Adoption Pending **Oliver is a timid boy, we think this is because he is deaf. He is still learning that every hand is not a bad hand. He loves playing tug of war with his foster sibling. Having another sibling would be the key to Oliver's success. We are trying to teach him hand signals. He definitely will need patience and kindness to blossom.
