**ADOPTION PENDING** Cedar is a very reserved young man but not so much, he wanted to share with many supporters who gave to the Critical Care Fund and the to the very special people whose generosity covered the entire Final surgery. We can not thank OSU enough for the extent of precaution taken in the event our little guy needed a little help along the way. True to their word, successful surgery was completed in November. Cedar will have one last echo before he searches for his home. He currently lives with other dogs in his foster home and all get along well. You might find him napping on the couch with one of his buddies or then see him whipping around the fenced yard. It would be best for Cedar if he had a young dog sibling to play with. A fenced yard is a must. Cedar will be waiting to hear from you!

Special Needs

Cedar was diagnosed as having pulmonic stenosis. Two attempts at the University of IL/Champaign to correct this condition were unsuccessful due to an unexpected heart arrhythmia. A third attempt at OSU was successful! Cedar will require a beta blocker medication for 1 year, but will be available to adopt by the end of December.
