ADOPTION PENDING Meet Odie! A sweet and loving cavalier, Odie will make a wonderful companion! He is a big love-bug and typical cavalier lap dog. He wants nothing more than to be by his human and snuggle. Odie is very well behaved, and quiet. He can be alternately playful and lazy. He loves to take naps, especially on your lap! And he follows his humans around just to be near them. Odie has a cataract in one eye, but it does not hinder his vision. He is on eye drops twice a day to prevent irritation from the cataract. He's very calm and so good about grooming, eye drops, etc. A cardiologist evaluated Odie as having a mild well compensated mitral valve regurgitation. His foster mom said: "I can't say enough about this sweet boy! He is such a charmer and so handsome! He listens well and loves treats and attention. A wonderful little guy who is a joy to be around. Odie deserves the very best!"

Special Needs

Odie has a cataract that requires medication to forestall inflammation and possible glaucoma. He has a Grade III systolic murmur on a scale of VI, without symptoms of congestive heart failure. No heart medications are required at this time.
