ADOPTION PENDING Her name says it all! Precious certainly lives up to her name. She is loving, sweet and will melt your heart. What she loves most is to rest next to her special person and take a nap. Precious bonds well with her family and with other canines in the home. She can be a little shy and can get scared in new situations, but all she needs is a little reassurance to help her understand that she is safe. She is active and likes to run. She is working on obedience, but does well with the command “come.” She will run back to you with joy and exuberance when called. Precious is still working on only going potty outside, and has had a few accidents in the home. She just needs some time and a set routine, and she will catch on in no time. Precious would do best in a quiet home with someone home most of the time. She would love to have another canine sibling, but she could also do well as being the only dog in the home. She loves people of all ages, and would probably do well in a home with small children. Precious has been diagnosed with a Grade III heart murmur. She shows no symptoms and currently does not need any medication. Regular wellness checks will be needed to make sure she stays in good health.
