FOSTER WILL ADOPT TINKER AFTER ANY NEEDED SURGERIES. Tinker is an ultra tiny dynamo. She arrived at less than 3 lbs but eats everything given her so she's probably put on a bit of weight. She arrived with an upper respiratory infection that has persisted despite several antibiotics. After the infection is conquered Tinker will be placed in a second foster home, with folks who intend to adopt her; the adoption won't be finalized until after her spay and any other necessary surgery. Tinker has double luxating patellas that will likely require surgery; eventual adopters will need to get her through the post-surgical and rehab stages, including gradual increase in exercise, re-introduction to stairs, etc. GCCR will pay all surgery and rehab costs. Tinker is overwhelming cute, and a project dog, not one that will slip smoothly into family living. As you can see Tinker is a "project dog" -- not one that will slip into a family
Arrived with an upper respiratory infection. As she matures might need bilateral luxating patella surgery.
