ADOPTION PENDING Claire is a bouncy happy girl; her tail wags in warm welcome at the sight of her foster brothers and her foster Mom.  Claire is house broken. She loves to play ball, enjoys her toys and will carry them from room to room.  Outdoors she loves to run and explore so a fenced yard is best for this spunky little girl. Claire had double knee surgery in July; she is now healed, and is making up for lost time. Running and playing seems to be her mission in life but when she is tired she will find a quiet spot to nap. Mild hip dysplasia is not likely to cause concern.  She will sniff the resident cat but has no further interest. Claire sleeps in the big bed and sleeps solidly through the night. She knows how to go up and down stairs, and just loves her treats. Perhaps life in a commercial kennel made Claire distrustful of strangers; it takes her a little while to warm up to a new person. Although Claire has a grade II heart murmur she does not require medication, is completely asymptomatic. Currently Claire is mastering the art of leash walking and improvements are seen every day. Stay tuned for progress. This little girl has so much love to give.
