ADOPTION PENDING Bode is doing extremely well in his foster home. Coming from a breeder he had some bad habits to lose and new pleasures to learn. His foster mom says proudly that he is housebroken; at first he was marking, but now he doesn't do that. He has mastered a doggy door and comes and goes through it whenever he wants to. At first fearful to take treats from the hand, and to have humans approach, he now has taken treats. He still is a little skittish if he knows that his mom is about to pick him up; but once he is up on her lap, he totally relaxes and enjoys being petted. He plays with toys and enjoys running and playing with two Cavaliers. Mom is working on some basic commands and walking on the leash. Bode will do well if he is with other dogs and has a fenced yard. He truly does not being away from his humans, and will make a fuss when left. A beautiful, loving dog has emerged from that scared little body. Wonderful!
