Cost: $30 per adult; $10 for children age 6-12; children 5 and under free
          Walk-in's always welcome.

Pot Luck:   Pasta (meat and meatless), chicken fingers, rolls, and drinks provided.

Please bring a dish to share (feeds 6 people) in a "disposable" container. No utensils required.

Last Names A-M:  SIDES:  (beans, cheesy potatoes, fruit)

Last Names N-Z:  SALADS: (hot or cold)

BAKE SALES: Don't forget to bring BAKE SALE items in "disposable" containers and label ALL ingredients.  REMEMBER! Bake Sale items for the cavaliers too!  We will price at the event.

Don't forget about our Raffles, Silent Auction, 50/50 drawing, Vendors and Photography by Deborah Ervin of Inspired by Cooper & Elliott.  Additional vendor names forthcoming.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Go to our webpage at www.gccavalierrescue.org, Click on "Giving" go down to
    "General Donation" and click.    
     Enter the dollar amount of how many people will be attending.
     Put in your email address.  Fill out the rest of the information.
2. In the box stating "Donation for an identified special needs cavalier" 
    type in "JP and the number of people attending". 
    Confirm Contribution and press Continue.
3. Go to purchase - you can pay via "PayPal or debit/credit card" -
    confirm your payment OR you can pay through Zelle at
                   treasurer@gccavalierrescue.org
      making a note that states "JP and how many people attending".

Enter on Manchester Road, Gate S5, at Erie Street, approximately .4 miles east of County Farm Road. The building is the first one on the right upon entering the Fairgrounds.

PARKING:   Free, continue past the building to the "north" side for plenty of parking
